Due to the nature of skincare products, we follow strict hygiene policies.

Return Eligibility

• We only accept returns in the following cases:
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items
• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Change of mind

Return Process

• To initiate a return:
  • Email us at support@eob.co.in
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product images/videos
    • Issue description

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to:
  • Original payment method OR
  • Store credit (if applicable)

Replacement Policy

• Replacements are provided for eligible cases
• Subject to product availability

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
